BlackMantis is a search tool for RBI circulars, available at blackmantis.in. It is an independent product with no affiliation to the Reserve Bank of India. All circulars indexed here are sourced from publicly available documents published by the RBI.
You are welcome to use BlackMantis for research, compliance reference, and professional informational purposes. We only ask that you use it responsibly.
Please do not attempt to scrape our infrastructure at scale, reverse engineer the system, or find ways around the free query limit through technical means. If you need bulk access, write to us and we can discuss it.
BlackMantis offers three paid plans billed monthly: Basic at Rs. 299, Pro at Rs. 999, and Team at Rs. 2,999. All plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices include applicable taxes.
RBI circulars are public documents. We do not claim any rights over them. The BlackMantis platform, its design, codebase, and search infrastructure are our own work and may not be reproduced without permission.
